RPA developer will provide RPA solutions to documented processes. Developer will work close with Process Automation Analyst to create the expected solutions to the business while at the same time providing areas of opportunity on the solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify automation opportunities by analyzing processes and assessing feasibility for automation
- Analyze, understand, and document the business processes in detail
- Participate in various types of interviews, meetings or workshops to define, optimize, and document processes for configuration of RPA solution
- Leverage process improvement experience to streamline and optimize process for RPA software
- Create and maintain solution documentation
- Support business teams in testing activities, including integration testing, end-to-end (business process) testing and UAT
- Problem solve issues that arise in day-to-day running of automation processes and through potential process redesign
- Communicate any identified and potential risks and issues to the Management and accordingly and provide actionable inputs to mitigate
